I can give you some examples.
Working with several documents at once. At least fast switching from one to another, or the better possibility to see at least two.
Possibility to open document and web and scibling app and dictionary. You read a paper, take notes, se arch web and look in dictionary.
And sou on... If one just reads a book then there is not much need for multitasking, but if one works with one or more texts, multitasking is invaluable.
Android & pdf? What about Adobe reader?
