My opinion:
1: The page is written in heavy, misleading hype. That doesn't bode well. The signal-to-fluff ratio is really, really low.
2: Too many details are left out. From the writing style, that appears to be intentional.
3: It appears to be little more than a Word macro very similar to
this one, which is fine, if you're starting out with text. But the page keeps talking about e-books, not text documents.
4: I wouldn't use Paypal if they paid me.
