Hi - I expect to purchase an e-reader in the next couple of weeks. Am attempting to evaluate the Sony Touch and comparable Kindle (if there is such a device). I've spent about 15 minutes on the MobileRead site, but don't really know where to start. Would like to educate myself on how the Sony Touch and Kindle distinguish themselves, where to go to check prices on, for example, newly released novels, and why and how I need to be familiar with the various file types.
