Actually, that sounds like it might be the best bargain if you want access to the web app. The ebook versions from all the vendors you listed have a disclaimer at the bottom: "Please note this edition does not come with free access to the Online ESV Study Bible resources." Apparently if you buy a print version, it includes a code for free access to the online resources. If the web app is the online resources it mentions, then this is the way to go.
Edit: Just saw the note at the bottom which indicates this IS the online version you get free with a printed version: "About ESV Study Bible Online - The ESV Study Bible Online is now available as a module for ESVBible.org. Free with the purchase of any print edition, the ESV Online Study Bible is also available for purchase separately."
