Hi;

I received a Kindle as a Christmas gift last year and I have not looked back. I love it - I probably buy a few too many books from Amazon, Baen, and other sites, but I've also discovered old and new friends available as free ebooks. I also use my smartphone as an ereader, and I take advantage of Calibre as a productivity tool! I work as an academic librarian, and I'm very interested in the impact of ebooks on authors, readers, and publishers...

I've followed MobileRead for awhile and decided I should probably go ahead and join, so here I am!
