No I have not tried it on emmc.

FWIW, I wrote up a brief guide on how to create a CM11 SD card (using either Bokbokan's or Succulent CM11 builds) with customized sizing for the 3 partitions boot/system/data: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...3&postcount=84.
