Given that Kobo aren't exactly a huge, popular company I don't think you'll have any luck finding proper spare parts unless you cannibalise another one.
Conversely, it's also likely that means they aren't using too many proprietary parts. Your best bet is probably desoldering the broken module, checking if it has a part number stamped on (very unlikely), or checking RS components or a similar retailer for one of the same dimensions & pin placement.
