I am doing a clean install of Calibre on WinXP, I have never had it before. I downloaded calibre 0.6.51 and after clicking the Install button on the Setup Wizard I am immediately taken to a message saying "calibre Setup Wizard ended Prematurely"

No directory was created and no software was installed.

I searched and found one thread pertaining to this issue but it dealt with an upgrade installation, not a clean installation.
