yes, Goncourt on line 11 is definitely the closest station, although there are several stations not too far away.

If your hotel is at métro St.-Germain-des-Près, you would take line 4 in direction of Porte de Clignancourt, and change at Châtelet for line 11 in direction of Mairie des Lilas.

I should warn you the Châtelet station is HUGE ! so you might feel like you're walking halfway to the restaurant just to change trains !

but it is the most direct route.
