Of course - I´m storing the Wikipedia site "complete".
Lokally opening the stored HTML works well with all pics (cutting off the internet I have to test). All needed png and jpg are placed in the pic directory.
But I´m shure, the problem is with the special characters in the directory name.
Does converting the link work for you; stored with wich browser?
