You just don't get it do you?? The fact that he didn't get into an accident this time just means he will in a future time.
A time when someone else isn't driving defensively.....looking out for HIM when HE should be paying attention to whats going on around him.
"Demonizing"? Firing him is appropriate.
Making excuses for his unacceptable behavior is enabling him to continue on his merry way......and by the way......did you even watch the video?
I don't see any "stop and go"......cars are definitely moving. The tape clearly states "In the middle of rush hour traffic".
