Hans Christian Andersen (2. April 1805 in Odense — 4. August 1875 in Kopenhagen) ist der bekannteste Dichter und Schriftsteller Dänemarks. Berühmt wurde er durch seine zahlreichen Märchen. (aus Wikipedia)
