The Toyman is one of the most deceptively dangerous villains in Superman's Rogues Gallery (especially in
Superman - The Animated Series). He appears harmless and a bit of a joke, but he takes the simplest toys and makes them extremely deadly weapons. Plus, in one story he, along with several other villains, appeared to have killed Superman.
But I don't need dangerous toys to take the win, I just did.
