If the problem persists, you might try visiting the site from a different browser, or a different computer. Alternatively, try it with your normal browser in safe mode (without any add-ons or plug-ins enabled).
If the problem then goes away, that will at least tell you that the fault is local to your system. If it doesn't, then it suggests that it's a routing issue, as Harry mentioned.
