I just sent an email to Pavel at ectaco about the .34c firmware, but I don't expect to hear from him until after CES (I'd be surprised if he's not there on the floor). Hopefully we'll get newer firmware for both units shortly after CES is over...

I hope they are "getting er done" sooner than later. I do enjoy my Jetbook HOWEVER there has been an explosion of ebook readers at CES...if you get my drift
