I had the same trouble, I still am. I don't have a downloads folder anywhere. Nor do I know how to get them to download to a folder. I had to go back to my internet browser then go under downloads there to even get to them and read them. Hope that helps a little.
Yet I have no way to access them otherwise nor do I know if they will stay long enough to read them. It's rather annoying.
