9 Has me a bit stumped, because we just call the fish as well as the dish for lutfisk (lutefisk is the Norwegian spelling I think), the fish itself is nothing special, just white fish meat but it has been marinated in lye so it is very alkaloid, let it stay in too long and it turns into soap. That is how the vikings kept clean.
