Good reminder Harry. Thanks. I'm not sure I agree with even the first sentence, however. Copyright is becoming an extremely powerful form of protection. Reverse engineering, copyright, patents, what's fair use and what's not, are all case-by-case situations. Consider, for instance, cases of authors of songs getting take down notices of their own music videos. And, as I recently
pointed out on my twitter "blog", copyright now protects certain physical objects, like the batmobile, for example, the design patent for which probably expired around 1983.
