That is good to know, i've downloaded a bunch of books on the reader now, and am slowly getting comfortable w/ the whole process. I'll keep in mind to turn the light off, and try to avoid leaving the sd card in. Thank you all for ur help, it does make my life a lot easier, and my back less strained w/ all the traveling that i do. I'm sure over time, the machines will become more powerful, give many more options, like colour etc, and we, the users, will spend much more money on them, but if they make our lives easier and more interesting, then all is good.
