I have looked for this answer in so many places so I will try here too.

After I download the program and then install it. During the set up it says that my library is corrupt and to create a new file. I do that so it is empty. Nothing in it at all. Then its says that is also corrupt and closes. I have created this file in several different places on my hard drive. I have no idea why? Anything would be helpful.

Just FYI: I have uninstalled it and re-installed it three times. The problems continue.
