Interesting. Macmillan, which is owned by the German von Holtzbrinck family, has a history of wanting to bend booksellers to their will. In March 2006, according to Wikipedia, Holtzbrinck forced Tor Books to stop Baen Webscriptions from selling their eBooks because of concerns regarding the lack of DRM.
Did Amazon pull the books or did Macmillan/Holtzbrinck? Will my Tor (owned by Macmillan/Holtzbrinck) eBooks be pulled from my Kindle?
