hi,

In my Reader now,
after i plug USB to Reader, it takes 10 seconds to display "connected" icon.
after i plug USB off, it takes 20 seconds to display "busy" icon, then 7 seconds to display menu. 109 books so far.

I flashed last firmware and some hacks (flashed Reader maybe 10 times altogether)

I feel when this Reader has had its original first firmware, these times were 5 and 10. Or maybe i just forgot...

What are your times (and firmwares/hacks)?
