This one, I've actually done back when I was in college. No going out to fastfood or restaurants, just stick to home-cooked meals. Eat dinner early (5-ish) and go to bed early so that I won't get hungry and go for a midnight snack. Walk instead of paying for bus fare.
Now that I'm working, it's easier to feed my tech addiction and myself which probably explains why I'm 50lbs overweight. Lol, seems like being a poor tech addict is good for the health.
