Assuming you're reading this on the same machine you used to generate it, that error sounds more like the reader is nonfunctional because it depended on some component in CS5 that is now failing to launch.
Try manually launching the EPUB reader that BrailleNote uses (e.g. Adobe Reader) and see if it launches correctly, crashes, or requires you to grant permission in some way.
If that doesn't fix the problem (or at least help you identify what the problem is), then I suspect you'll need to get help from the BrailleNote folks, as this does not sound like a content error.
