The MobiPocket Java Reader is very basic, but some of your requirements are supported on some devices using this software (dictionary and justification), font support seems to be a Java issue (because the Pepper Pad 3 allows font selection using the Java-reader, but all the EInk devices don't and they are probably running striped down Java variants), finally no version of the Java-reader (so far as I know) supports adjusting linespacing and they all seem to have too-wide spacing and too-large margins.
