There were 12 posts of responses from 6 different people including myself before you replied to your initial posting. None of which were offensive in any way, all of which were intended to help. Then you post that actually if is someone else's stuff that you have downloaded that you are looking at, and don't in any way indicate it is as the result of activity in Calibre.

So given that you have not at any point responded to any of the questions asked by the people in this thread in their responses in their attempt to help, why would they not feel like they had wasted their time? Particularly if (as was the impression from your last posts) you made it sound like you had just downloaded a bunch of files and it isn't anything to do with Calibre at all? Then you make what appears to be a smart-alec comment above in today in #20 including some sort of biblical quote, followed by a comment just now accusing others of "holier than thou" attitudes? Why wouldn't we get upset by that?

As for DRM - you will find that any posters in the forums here asking about removing it are repeatedly told to look elsewhere. Does that stop people trying to ask? No. So there will always be posts "about DRM". In many cases there are also posts about people wanting to know how to work with DRM, trying to figure out what functionality they can have with Calibre trying to preserve their files. Those are perfectly valid questions to be asking and answered in these forums.
