I think I would start with a table. Have entries for font selection, font size selection (User specifiable, fixed 8, fixed 6), serif / sans serif, margins, line spacing, paragraph spacing, ...

And the ease of doing this should be specified: through GUI, editing CSS, ...

I'm only concerned about this for EPub, but some readers support multiple formats, so be sure to show which format applies.
