Hope I'm not too late replying: The Sony red case for the 600 will not work with the 650 unless you use velcro or doubleback tape because the 600 is appx. 0.27" longer than the 600, so the 650 will not snap into the Sony holder.
On the other hand, the Case Logic case uses straps to hold the reader in place and since the 600 and 650 are reasonably close in size it will work. It will be a little big for the 650, but it will work.
