Hi All,
Don't know if this can be of use to others, but I just noticed that books from University of Chicago Press, which I thought were only available in pdf format (and with DRM to boost, yuck), are available in ePub (unfortunately also with DRM, yuck) at
Kobo. I don't know if they are geo-restricted but they are available for France at any rate.
I have my eyes on
Loving Little Egypt, a book I heard about a few months ago, and I was very excited when I found it was offered as a free download, and very disappointed when it turned out it was in pdf format. I'm delighted to see it's now available in ePub, though I haven't made up my mind yet whether to buy it. I read a few pages of the pdf version and the writing looks OK, and the story seems intriguing.
