Hi, I confirm what s.o told you already, you cannot do what you said
you have an html file made with che chapter of the epub with your annotation and highlighted text nested.
For graphics you have two png & svg files per page.
I think that you can't export the whole combined with the book text
the reader, in the 'notes' app, shows separately thumbnails of the painted pages, highlights and text annotation
