This is pathetic, and you are now doing more damage. Mentioning those "mysterious troubles" is doing nothing good to Astak reputation (if any left at all by now), and speaking badly of a competitor has never been a very elegant thing to do, but now under the focus that Astak has completely failed their customer base, it is also a slap in their face. Those customers would have been far better off buying a Kindle.
