The answer to your topic question is that we do not know.
The way to answer your topic question is to learn what things reference those fields and under what conditions.
The way to make the topic question not relevant has already been answered.
I.E: Be prepared to replace any altered image with a good image and/or prevent communications between the device and Amazon.
There is no reason (on this forum) to aid people using devices that where reported stolen - that is and should remain, between the device owner and Amazon.
