I loaded the Kobo app on my iPad and then downloaded several books from the Kobo store -- so far so good -- they're all on my iPad and ready to read.

However, I want to delete a specific book from my Kobo library but can't figure out how to do it -- either from the iPad directly; from iTunes; nor from Windows Explorer; or even Calibre. How do I do this?
