Which e-book reader can read large PDF files?

Hi all, this is my first post, and I have searched this question over and over again through google and here. Couldn't find the answer, so here I go. Anyone know of any e-book reader that can read large PDF files? Large, I mean like anywhere between 60megs to 130 megs. I know the Kindle 1 (which I have) cannot do this. It can read PDFs, just not large files. I was thinking of the Sony 600. The reason why I am curious is because a lot of books are just not available to me in electronic format, so sometimes I go to the library and just take a picture of the whole book. I would use the JPGs, combine and convert them into PDF. I use Paperport to convert. It's a really good software. The problem is, it turns the files into 130 megs, or a little bit more than 1/7th of a CD-ROM. Nowadays, that is not very large in today's computers. I know iPhone's cannot read big PDFs. It loads but just stays there forever. I wonder if Kindle 2 can do this. Any feedback would be awesome!
