The list I got was a lot smaller.

hyph_nl.dic is new. Hopefully that makes the Dutch speakers happy. The other hyphenation dictionaries haven't been changed. None of the scripts appear to have changed. Timestamps for these have changed, but the contents don't seem to have. Most of the libraries and executables and libraries in /usr/local/Kobo have changed.

The updates have a date of 24/09/2013.
