I e-mailed him with my contact information on Sunday regarding a rather puzzling problem I was having with my Kobo order. He phoned me right away, within minutes. He said he would look into the issue, which he did. There were a couple of more follow up phone calls this week and from what I can see, the problem is solved.

He's very courteous and patient and genuinely interested in helping the customer.
