It's rather old school, but here's one way to do it:
1) Line up everything on your monitor exactly how you want it;
2) Press the PRINTSCREEN (or PrtScn) button on your computer;
3) Open up PAINT program (or a similar program);
4) Press CTRL + V to paste the "print screen" into that program, then save that file.
NOTE: Depending on how long the list is, you might have to arrange things on your monitor more than once and save multiple files.
