verifying html

Another tick on the eternal battle for embedded fonts.

I've successfully created several files with embedded fonts, file which show properly in all epub readers I can find. Suddenly, following the same procedure, I'm getting problems with Adobe Digital Editions not showing the fonts.

Everything I read says to "validate html", the ADE is very picky. Okay. I'd be happy to. HOW? I've "verified" it in Namo web editor, but it's still not showing. How in heck do you "validate" your html?

As always, thanks for any help.
