Did it by feel.. couldn't really make out logic of the various tags: fill, extended, width, etc..
Have attached Cubemike's original image folder and my modified keyboard.xml file.. these have to go into mnt/us/extensions/kterm/layouts/

Discovered that '@' has
not been mapped to shifted-2.. the euro symbol has been mapped instead.. and in my PW displays as '?'..
Did a more detailed check and further found that '[,]' has been mapped to shifted-[] and '{,}' to [].. should be other way round..
All these corrected in revised file attached..
