I just tries a multi-line REGEX, replacing 3 lines with a blank.
As usual I test for a few finds before hitting the All button.
Find works. Replace Next jumps to the Next, But there were no changes to the previous (repeated a few times to confirm).
Set cursor to the TOF. Find, Replace All Works.. No other changes in settings
