That's because it's a rip-off. The hardcover has a 34% discount while the eBook has no discount with no possible discount. This is the fun of agency.
I understand how the BPH handles print. They charge based on the container. But an eBook doesn't have a container that changes. So set the price appropriately and stop ripping us off.
