G'day Toholio. Amazon removed ebooks by all those publishers without a US presence when Kindle was launched. Non-US publishing houses (like my own, which is UK registered) are locked out as far as ebooks are concerned (though our paperbacks are still on sale at all Amazon sites). Amazon says it has 'no plans' to put this ridiculous situation to rights. Cheers. Neil
