You have to make words out of a grid, you can move horizontally, vertically and diagonally. Once you've removed a word the tiles above fall down into place. A nice tip to help enter words is if you've selected a word like HELLO, if you hit select on the last letter again it will submit it. You can play the game in portrait mode or in landscape mode too.

Currently it's only available in the US.
