Most of the ones I've seen are claimed letter size. Now unless such a screen in close to production, and we simply haven't been informed yet (which would be rather odd in itself), then they otherwise mean the reader itself would be that big. The problem which this theory though is that it would mean an awful lot of "device" compared to screen..
