Perhaps Flash games won't work, I never tried those, but video runs great. Even when using a VPN service.

Check out some threads on XDA, a bunch of people on there already have devices from I/O. So far it seems that Flash works pretty good on the Nexus 7, just download it before August 15 (That's when Adobe pulls it from the Market).
