According to German mobile phone news site
teltarif.de a German company called Longshine announced the release of two devices, the ShineBook Mobile with touchscreen, WiFi, Bluetooth and UMTS support for about 300.- Euro and the ShineBook without all these feature for about 219.- Euro.
The main interesting part is that the press release states that the devices will be able to read both DRM-prc and DRM-ePub. Now, this would be a first one and a novelty among eBook reading devices and a news I would take with more than one grain of salt.
The ShineBook itself obviously is a branded Netronix EB600 (according to the screenshot provided by Longshine), though the EB600 has none of those features listed above.
I'm entertaining some doubt and will wait for the release of the ShineBook in November.

Addendum: Ah, the company's site shines some long light on the DRM-issue. It seems that they are planning to release three different versions - one without DRM (based of FBReader, as it seems), one with Adobe-DRM, and one with Mobipocket-DRM.
