Problem Converting

Hey all, I am new to this forum and to using Calibre and have spent a lot of time just reading here and trying to learn as much as I can. I have converted a bunch of files, but this is the first one that I have had a problem with and didn't know if there was something someone could help me with or not. Thanks and any help would be appreciated. When I tried to convert I got the following error:
