I'm a book and ebook reader, switched to Apple iPod (and maybe iPhone in the near future) after almost six years as a Pocket PC user.
I like to have a lot of reading in my pocket, even I use to create my own ebooks. For the Pocket PC platform I had chosen the strange CHM format, not very common but quite readable there. Now for my new platform I'm looking for a file format and a good reader. I've tried several .epub compilations, readers as Stanza, BookShelf, iSilo, and I'm still waiting for the definitive one.
This mobileread.com site and this forum seem to be an excellent place to learn a lot about that all.
