He, Betty, I do hope your shoulder will be better whatever you choose to do. Take good care of yourself! (and get some sleep......)
What helps me to sleep: listening to an audiobook....Jane Austen or such. Or painting my house from top to bottom (in my mind of course
); I imagine myself cleaning, sandpapering, undercoating etc etc a door.....and on to the next
