[Suggestion] Disable the ability for new members to PM members.
Hi Mods,
I'm starting to experience an increase in spammers sending me PM under the guise of a MR member. All of these imposters have less than 1 post count. I it would be nice if users with less than 10 posts could not PM other members. It would help reduce the number of spams members receive.
